Signing up as a consignor is easy, and getting paid for your sales is even easier!

Consignor Terms / Contract Agreement
All items brought in for consignment will be priced & processed by the USA Resale staff.
The merchandising & display of all items are at the discretion of the staff. Items may be discounted if they do not sell within a reasonable amount of time and “Reward” points can be redeemed for discounts when applicable. Items that do not sell will be donated to charity, with the exception of items of significant value. Consignments are NOT ITEMIZED. Items while in our store may not be advertised on any other site other than by USA Resale staff, nor sold by the consignor to an individual.
Consignment Split:
If your item sells for $0.01-$49.99, you will get 40% of the sale price
If your item sells for $50.00-$249.99, you will get 45% of the sale price
If your item sells for $250.00 or more, you will get 50% of the sale price
If your item sells in our online store, (not currently set up) you will get 40% of the sale price
I hereby agree that USA Resale, LLC will not be held responsible for any items in case of theft, fire, natural disaster, missing tags, loss, breakage, etc.
I fully understand that my commission is based on a graduated split of 40%, 45%, or 50% depending on sale price. I can enjoy the benefits of store credit any time there is a balance on my account. I can receive payment in the form of a check when my balance is $25 or more and must wait 30 days between payments. Accounts that are inactive for 6 months or more may be reconciled.
A monthly maintenance fee of .50 will be applied to all accounts.
At USA Resale we never own your items!! This contract may be changed or updated at any time. Any changes will be posted 30 days prior.
